Speed is the rate at which the wheel spins, for the button methods this is a set value of 10, for the radio button method the values are 5, 10, & 20
Stop time is chosen at random and denotes how long before the wheel begins to slow once the set_stop_time() function has been called.
Stop step is chosen at random and is the amount the wheel is slowed every stop time value.
